Alex and crew has helped me with multiple projects including building a 20x20 deck with cover on the back of my house, installed new wood flooring and leveling of my house with new concrete piers. I am very happy with all of the work they performed and would recommend them and use them again.

If I could give them 10 stars I would. We started with an apartment remodel that ran into quite a bit of permitting issues. The team at JSC never gave up getting everything sorted out for us. Not only did they get us through the permitting debacle, but the work they did is perfect. We have now used them for a multitude of jobs around our farm. They are and will be our "go to" for all of our projects. Steve, Alex, Corey, Felicia and the crew are top notch!

I moved my boat off of my lift and noticed that a bunk was missing. Alex called me right back, was heading back from New Smyrna Beach, and asked if he could stop to assess the problem. He came, gave me an estimate to replace the bunks and update the hardware, and got his team out to my house in Astor by Wednesday at 8:15am. They rebuilt the bunks and it works great. They also greased my pulleys and motor. Thanks to Chris and Dakota. And thanks Alex!

JSC Contracting is amazing. This company is reliable, experienced, and honest. We discussed with Alex what we wanted for the interior framing of our barndominium — he listened attentively, and we knew right away the company was skilled and quality-focused. When we ran into a few snags with our architectural plans, Chris put my husband and I at ease and kept our construction project moving forward. He dedicated time he didn't have to, and it's hard to find that with a company these days. Highly recommended by my husband and I.

Start to finish — good communication through the contracting process. Great crew built our boat dock. We gave JSC our budget and they came in right on budget. Cleaned up completely and the dock passed the County inspection process. I liked that managers came on site often, and one of them helped out on the cutting at the end so that we would finish on time.

Great experience having modifications completed on my boat lift with Chris and Austin from JSC Contracting. They were consummate professionals and worked tirelessly to get the job right. I couldn't have been happier with the outcome, and would highly recommend the team to anyone requesting the finest marine dock company.
